Johnnie Hubbard founded the Get Connected company to support and honor the less fortunate in the community of Palm Beach County. As CEO of Get Connected, Johnnie is focused on accelerating the growth of school participation in Get Connected's hands-on youth leadership curriculum, while tackling innovative solutions to combat real-world issues.

As a former educator and non-profit executive since 2014, Johnnie Hubbard has been responsible for inspiring and motivating students, educators, administrators, and volunteers in fostering effective and engaged programs. Johnnie developed his skills through project management and action research instructional training that promoted the mission of empowering teams to do good in the community.

Johnnie is a strong advocate for college and career readiness programs, open educational resources, instructional design, and technology online learning for all. He is highly regarded as an innovator for out of the box thinking strategies for students in K-12 education and undergraduate programs. This today has led to the release of the GC Challenges, New Kicks Drive, and Online Educational Learning platform.

Johnnie is a member of the Warrior Athletic Foundation as a key advisor for fundraising and capital campaign projects. Additionally, he is a member of the NAACP and Certified Corporate Trainer designated by Management and Strategy Institute. Johnnie is in the process of curating curriculum that will be released in the spring of 2023 which will include a book series of personal leadership development and communication skills. Johnnie received his B.S. in Sports Marketing Management from Johnson & Wales University in '14 and his M.S. in Education Instructional Design and Technology from St. Thomas University in '21.
